REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacing a windshield seal or molding can be a difficult process depending on the vehicle, the condition of the existing molding, and how the glass was originally installed.

Because of this, there is a risk that the windshield or glass may crack, chip, or become damaged during the replacement process.

By choosing to proceed with the replacement, the customer understands and accepts this risk.

AM AutoGlass is not responsible if the windshield or glass cracks, chips, or becomes damaged during or after the replacement.

If the glass is damaged during the replacement process, the customer will not be charged for the seal or molding replacement service.

Once the replacement is completed, all sales are final. If the glass cracks or becomes damaged afterward, no refund will be issued.

Lifetime Leak Warranty

AM AutoGlass provides a lifetime warranty against water leaks caused by our seal or molding installation and windshield replacments.

If a leak develops as a result of our workmanship, AM AutoGlass will inspect the installation and correct the leak at no additional labor charge.

This warranty does not cover leaks or damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, rust or corrosion, body damage, accidents, damaged glass, or work performed by another party.
