GLASS / WINDSHIELD
REMOVAL POLICY
Removing or cutting out an existing windshield or other vehicle glass without breaking it can be a difficult and delicate process.
The difficulty may vary depending on the vehicle, the age and condition of the glass, the type and amount of adhesive used, previous installations, rust or corrosion, and the design of the vehicle.
Because of this, there is always a risk that the glass may crack, chip, or become damaged during the removal process.
By choosing to proceed with the removal, the customer understands and accepts this risk.
AM AutoGlass is not responsible for damage to the glass that occurs during the cutting or removal process, and the customer accepts responsibility for that risk.
If the glass becomes damaged during the removal process, the customer will not be charged for the glass removal/cutting service.
AM AutoGlass does not guarantee that any windshield or other vehicle glass can be removed and preserved without damage.
